The SIRS® Global Survey collects total compensation data, including base salary, incentives, and stock options, from participating organizations across the globe.
Because it uses the comprehensive SIRS® benchmark structure, this survey provides salary data that is consistent across business units and countries.
This rapidly expanding survey enables you to make valid comparisons across markets in Europe and the Americas and will collect data from 45 countries in 2010.
